Creative Director
Leadership position for arts & entertainment clients.
We’re seeking a Creative Director who will play a key role in driving the overall digital strategy for our arts and entertainment clients, collaborating alongside counterparts in Client Services and Media. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and managing all creative work for your set of clients, ensuring we’re effectively telling our clients’ stories across the digital landscape. The right candidate is a natural leader and a digitally focused idea machine that knows how to take an insight, turn it into an idea, and map out executions to meet our clients’ business goals. You will drive the creative strategy for macro and micro planning deliverables–messaging, content, virtual events, social platforms, etc. You will build external relationships with clients, whether to pitch new work or to be the digital “yes, and…” creative voice in the room.
Social Media Group Director
Leadership position for arts & entertainment clients.
We’re seeking a Social Media Group Director who will oversee a team of Social Media Managers developing and managing social communities for our arts and entertainment clients. You will be responsible for driving thought leadership around content development, engagement practices, reporting and process as it relates to the evolving social landscape. You will have a natural curiosity for, and unmatched comfort with, pursuing social “firsts” as the keeper of industry platform updates, trends and new techniques in consumer-facing social media to meet our clients’ business goals. You will provide strategic oversight over social media platforms, maintaining platform fluency and communicating best practices both internally and externally.
Digital Media Buyer
Executional position for agency clients.
We’re seeking a Digital Media Buyer who will oversee paid media campaigns from approval to completion ensuring that they are executed at the highest standards of excellence. You will be responsible for working directly with vendors to facilitate campaigns. You will be responsible for knowing the ins and outs of all programmatic buying platforms so that all campaigns you oversee are using the latest best practices and are optimized regularly towards the established KPIs. You will be extremely detail-oriented and love diving into data-driven campaigns to determine how you can improve performance.
