Director of Search & Analytics
Arlene is the Director of Search & Analytics at Situation – a digital agency known for helping brands build passionate communities through digital-first marketing strategies. She oversees the paid search marketing business and the analytics arm of the agency, working with clients in the live performing arts space such as The Metropolitan Opera, Roundabout Theatre Company, BAM, New York City Center, and musicals such as Wicked and Dear Evan Hansen.
Arlene is passionate about building integrated marketing strategies and developing innovative recommendations to achieve clients’ goals and objectives. She cultivates strong relationships to promote collaboration across teams to uncover business needs and to identify areas of opportunity.
Prior to Situation, Arlene was an Associate Director of Search Marketing at Mindshare, a GroupM agency under WPP. When she is not establishing processes and best practices, you can find her jet-setting to her next travel destination, exploring restaurants in the city, or playing board games with loved ones.
