Assignment:

Position Northwell Health’s new initiative, Signature Services – International Health, as a luxury health experience.

The Solution:

We developed a messaging strategy driven by the creation of a premium video that showcases the exceptional customer service, best-in-class physicians, and the feeling of comfort that is offered to every patient in the Signature Services – International Health program. The video takes the viewer through the facilities from a first-person point-of-view as though they are there experiencing it for themselves – everything from luxury linens on the beds and fine dining meals to the best-in-class facilities and equipment.

The Results:

We strategically released the video at one of the largest medical conferences in the world in Dubai in February 2017. The reception of the video has confirmed that in today’s world, people are less interested in the facts and the stats and more interested in the broader experience – and seeing themselves in that experience.
